Making A Purchase

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read the terms in full before you use this website. Please note that by using this website you are deemed to agree to the terms. We do occasionally update these terms so please refer back to them in the future.

Fulton accepts payment using major credit or debit cards and via Paypal. Prices on this website are quoted in CAD Canadian Dollars excluding provincial sales tax.

International card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate where CAD is not the standard currency issued by the bank, they may also add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Fulton will occur when we ship the goods to you. Fulton reserves the right not to accept an order at our sole discretion. You will be informed if your order has not been accepted

 

Returns Policy

You may decide to return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, for purchases from this website only. If you decide to return, you should ship the goods to us within 14 days of the cancellation.  Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels, tickets and packaging.  Extended Christmas Returns Policy:  Orders placed between 23rd November 2020 and 24th December 2020 should be notified as cancelled and returned to us by 21st January 2021.  Returned products must be unused, in original condition including labels, tickets and packaging.

To return goods to us please use the following procedure:

– Send an email to info@fultonumbrellas.ca or telephone our Customer Services team on 1-877 583 1950, quoting your original order reference to request a Merchandise Returns Authorisation (MRA) form.

– Complete the MRA and securely package your product to ensure that it reaches us in good condition. Fulton does not accept liability for any damage in transit.

– Send to the address stated on the MRA using a recorded delivery method. Fulton does not accept liability for losses in transit.

Once Fulton has received the returned product our Quality Assurance Team will review the condition and approve the refund for the cost of the product to which the cancellation applies.  We will reimburse you to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. Please note return postage costs will not be refunded.

 

Damaged & Faulty Goods

Please check your goods carefully on arrival and inform Fulton of any damage or manufacturing faults at info@fultonumbrellas.ca within 30 days of receipt. Damage caused through usage, including wear and tear and wind damage, is not covered by our warranty.

If you encounter any faults with Fulton products purchased other than from this website, please contact the retailer or place of purchase directly.

All purchases through our website are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or limit the sales of our products or services to any person, household, geographic region or jurisdiction.

Prices for our products are subject to change, without notice. Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed on our website are quoted in Canadian dollars.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse orders, including without limitation, orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers. If we believe that you have made a false or fraudulent order, we will be entitled to cancel the order and inform the relevant authorities.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of the colour or design of the products on our website. We have made efforts to ensure the colour and design of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on our website.

Any disputes, actions or proceedings relating to the Terms or your access to or use of our website must be brought before the courts of the Province of Ontario in the City of Toronto, Ontario and you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
